Tomatin 12 Year Old 2006 Amontillado Sherry Cask Finish 70cl Whisky

This 12 Year Old Tomatin spent its first nine years maturing in oak casks before a leisurely three year finish in first-fill Amontillado sherry butts. It was bottled at 46% ABV without chillfiltering, with a limited 5,400 bottles released. An enjoyably toasty dram, this one.
