Strathdearn (Tomatin) 10 Year Old 2014 - Glaschu Spirits Co. 70cl Whisky

Strathdearn is the name used here for single malt distilled at Tomatin. This 10-year-old Highland whisky spent nine years in a refill bourbon barrel before a 12-month finish in a first-fill Madeira wine cask. The finish has added apricot, caramel, spice, and custard notes to Tomatin’s light, vanilla-rich spirit. Glaschu Spirits Co. bottled the whisky at 50% ABV without chill filtration or added colour, with 324 bottles released.
