A single cask bottling of 9 year old single malt Scotch whisky which was distilled at Tobermory Distillery in 2008. It was matured in American oak casks and finished in a Marsala cask. This edition was independently bottled for The Cooper's Choice range by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co., with 325 bottles produced.
Fairground candy apples and pear drops initially, with hints of stem ginger and white pepper in the backdrop.
Ripe orchard fruits, vanilla fudge and delicate and sweet oak spices with delicate, sweet barley notes underneath.
Rich and unctuous.
