An indie bottling of Tobermory, aged for 8 years in a single Sherry hogshead. 416 bottles were produced for Càrn Mòr's Strictly Limited range.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Gingerbread biscuits with raisins in the dough. Honey'd barley and a touch of sour lemon.
Palate
Chewy grains, mixed peels and Alpine herbs.
Finish
Chocolate, sultanas and buttered brown bread.
