One of the smallest outturns we've ever seen – there are only nine bottles of this 24-year-old single malt from Tobermory! The Forgotten Gems range proves once again that there is no portion of liquid too small to be bottled. Unless it amounts to less than one whole bottle... then they get to drink it, we hope.
Glorious layers of fruit cake, gingerbread, and sticky dried fruit, with patisserie sweetness leading to sweet, tangy jam.
Heaps of peppery spice, candied ginger, and dried chilli make for a warming sipper, with cherry chocolate and clove honey in the depths.
A touch of sweet vanilla tablet remains, while fiery dried chilli and root ginger bring the heat.
