Single Malt
Scotland
Sherry
This wonderful Island single malt was distilled at Tobermory and bottled by Chorlton Whisky in 2019, after resting in a sherry butt for 24 years. Only a very limited 152 bottles of this complex whisky were released at a weighty 55.1% ABV. The label portrays a somewhat rainy day, a scene we're all somewhat familiar with.
Walnut and coffee cake, berry jam and distinct coastal aromas with just a whisper of peat.
Coats the mouth, with brown sugar sweetness, cherry liqueur, orange peel and a pinch of salt.
Lengthy and rich, with dark chocolate covered stem ginger.
