Tobermory 21 Year Old 1996 Single Cask (Master of Malt)
A 21-year-old single malt from the Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull, which we've independently bottled for our Single Cask Series! It was distilled in December 1996 and set aside to age until September 2018, when we bottled it up at cask strength without any of that chill-filtration or any of those additional colourings.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Salted crackers with butter, waxy peels, sandalwood and a touch of cigar box.
Palate
Fruity notes make an impression on the palate, with white grape, banana, orange and honeydew melon. Still subtly savoury at points with sea salt and walnut.
Finish
Dates, gingerbread and apple strudel.
