A Douglas Laing bottling of 21 year old whisky from the Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull, aged in a refill hogshead from July 1994 to December 2015. It was bottled for the Old particular range with an outturn of 306 bottles.
Nose: Mint leaf, chocolate mousse and a light hint of spicy cinnamon (almost Christmas-y in a way...).
Palate: Roasted coffee beans, crushed walnut, starfruit and lime pith.
Finish: Caramel-filled chocolates and golden barley.
