Sherry
20 year old Tobermory single malt Scotch whisky, aged in a single refill Sherry butt from February 1995 to October 2015. Tasty Sherried Island whisky - lovely stuff! 462 bottles were produced, bottled by The Maltman.
Bourbon barrel char, a touch of sea air, sultana-dotted scones, crushed walnut.
Cinnamon and nutmeg grow on the palate, though it's still sweet with baked goods and runny caramel.
Medium length, enjoyably herbal.
