This limited edition Tobermory was independently bottled by the Rest & Be Thankful folks after nearly two decades of ageing. Distilled on the Isle of Mull in March 1996, it rested in a single bourbon cask (#126, if you were curious) for 19 years. In August 2015, the single malt was bottled up at 56% ABV, with a release of 253 individually numbered bottles.
Exceptionally chocolatey, with milk chocolate digestives, spiced orchard fruit and banana sweetness.
Salted dark chocolate, mint tea and honeyed stone fruit, with apricot jam on sourdough toast.
Spiced apple cake and oodles of melted milk chocolate.
