Tobermory 12yo Fino Bottling Note

12 year old single malt from the Tobermory distillery on the isle of Mull, finished in casks that were previously home to fino sherry. Fino has a reputation for being rather drying and crisp, which we reckon will worth well with Tobermory's unpeated whisky.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: White chocolate and sharp green apple, with a touch of cassia building in the background.

Palate: Spicy malt and soft vanilla, with white grape and sultana cutting through.

Finish: Cedar, a hint of sea spray, melon.
