Tobermory 12 Year Old Fino Sherry Cask Finish
12 year old single malt from the Tobermory distillery on the isle of Mull, finished in casks that were previously home to fino sherry. Fino has a reputation for being rather drying and crisp, which we reckon will worth well with Tobermory's unpeated whisky.

Nose
White chocolate and sharp green apple, with a touch of cassia building in the background.
Palate
Spicy malt and soft vanilla, with white grape and sultana cutting through.
Finish
Cedar, a hint of sea spray, melon.
