Bourbon
An 11 year old Tobermory from A.D. Rattray's Cask Collection independent bottling range. This one began life back in December 2008 and was matured in a single bourbon barrel until March 2003. Just 204 bottles of tasty Island single malt were produced, presented at a burly 60.2% ABV.
Vanilla blossom, lemon, sugary porridge and a whiff of mint.
Fresh custard slice with plenty of icing on top, oily hops, spicy cumin and cassia.
Citrus peels and honey. Still got plenty of spice to it.
