An indie bottling of 7 year old Ledaig (which is peated single malt from the Isle of Mull's Tobermory distillery), drawn from a pair of hogshead casks that were laid down in April 2009 and cracked open in November 2016. Another fine bottling from Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Grilled banana, cereals, smoke and sea shells.
Palate
Fresh apple and honey. Peat and a hint of sea salt. Vegetal vanilla.
Finish
Porridge oats and herbal oak notes.
