Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Well-toasted barley, honeycomb and a touch of tar.
Palate
Quite fruity at first, with pears and green apples. Smoky embers hide in the background, and bring forward a wave of earthy cinnamon and clove.
Finish
BBQ meat with a sweet honey glaze.
