Single Malt
This is an independent bottling of Ledaig single malt (which is the name used for peated whisky from the Tobermory distillery), aged in a pair of hogsheads for 7 years. This was distilled in May 2008 and left to mature until March 2016, when Signatory bottled the whisky for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Toasted brown bread with a layer of honey, thick smoke and fruity esters.
Peat becomes more earthy than smoky. Brown sugar and lemon peels.
Cereal and honey. Final wafts of peat.
