A 6 year old Ledaig single malt, aged in a pair of first fill bourbon barrels! This was distilled in June 2010 and aged until April 2017, when Signatory bottled the peated single malt for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Gristy and powerful, with plenty of peated behind it.

Palate

Fruity esters, smoke, grilled pineapple and hints of sea salt.

Finish

Quite peppery.
