The fourth instalment in the Westie Sponge series from Whisky Sponge and Decadent Drinks, which celebrates the distinct, characterful malts that are produced in Scotland's western Highlands and islands. This is a 1995 vintage lightly peated Ledaig single malt from Tobermory which spent 29 years maturing in a refill sherry butt.
