Ledaig 21 Year Old 1997 (cask 13060) - Old Particular (Douglas Laing)
If you're a peaty whisky fan, Douglas Laing has just the thing for you – a lovely Ledaig single malt, aged in a single refill hogshead! It was distilled by Tobermory back in October 1997 and set aside to mature for 21 years, then bottled up in February 2019. Get your mitts on one quick – only 256 bottles were produced!

Nose
Malty biscuits, slightly burnt bacon, salted butter.
Palate
Plenty more coastal notes on the palate, now juxtaposed with dried cherry sweetness.
Finish
A touch of dark chocolate bitterness develops on the finish.
