Deliciously well-peated single malt from the Toberymory distillery, released under their Ledaig name. This particularly limited edition release is a 19 year old whisky finished in casks that previously held Marsala wine! Yum!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Salt and pepper crisps, juicy blackberry and sloe, a touch of treacle tart.
Palate
Sherried orange peels, salted caramel and a hefty helping of peat smoke.
Finish
Long and well spiced. Black pepper and cinnamon.
