Bourbon
A Rest & Be Thankful bottling of peated single malt from the Tobermory distillery, released under the Ledaig name. This whisky was distilled on the Isle of Mull in November 1997 and left to age in a bourbon cask until August 2017. Just 320 bottles were produced.
Tarry ropes, salt and pepper crackers, apricot and quince.
Dusty oak arrives first, followed by heavy smoke and earthy barley.
Sea salt, cumin and caraway.
