Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Engine oil and hearty, earthen peat lead the way, with sweet, woody notes of rooibos tea, chamomile, and floral hibiscus bringing balance.

Palate

Chewy toffee paves a path for hearty helpings of juicy, roasted barley and barbecued ribs. Sweet layers of sticky, smoky barbecue sauce continue, with a hint of hickory and warming cardamom.

Finish

Peppery spice and aromatic dried herbs, with more of those tea characteristics from the nose joined by fennel salami, burnt biscuits, and salted caramel.
