Sherry
11 year old single malt from the Tobermory distillery, released under their Ledaig name - so expect a peaty treat! This was distilled in June 2005 and aged in a Sherry butt until July 2016, when it was bottled for Signatory Drinks' Single Malts of Scotland range. 564 bottles were produced.
Smokey bacon crisps, Sherried peels and gingerbread.
Earthy peat blends well with juicy raspberry and red grapes.
A hint of oatcake and quince jam.
