Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Seaweed, lime peel, raspberry and a hint of fizzy oak.

Palate: Good Port, oily barley and a whack of spicy smoke.

Finish: Chocolate spread on rye toast. A hint of grist lingers.

An interesting bottle with a memorable quality

This dram plays notes all over the palate, with a densely and complicated flavor. At 57% ABV, it's quite potent and has a sharp bite to it, so I would taste it neat but drink it otherwise. It's great on the rocks or with a splash of water, but it also makes the best Scotch and soda I've ever had.
