Sherried Ledaig single malt! This was aged in a first fill Sherry butt which was laid down in November 2005 and cracked open in January 2017. Following that 11 year maturation, it was independently bottled by Signatory for their Cask Strength Collection, producing 351 bottles. Yummy, peaty, Sherried Island whisky delicious.
Peanut brittle and Fruit & Nut Dairy Milk. TCP, spicy gingerbread and rye.
Mocha, Madeira, smoky peat and raisins. Plum pudding and orange oil.
Toasted bread, strawberry jam.
