Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Caramel, soft redcurrant and orange peel lead with hints of plum jam, black pepper and soft oak underneath.

Palate

Oodles of Black Forest gâteau, resinous oak and more red berries. Fiery peat and vanilla add depth with baking spices.

Finish

Quite drying and lengthy.
