A sherried Ledaig single malt, bottled by La Maison Du Whisky as part of its ninth Artist series. Fistilled at Tobermory in 2007 and left to rest in a single refill sherry butt. Just 634 bottles were released at a hefty 60.8% ABV, each one featuring the art of Bang Hai Ja on the label.
Candied ginger and anise, with buttered toast and waves of peat smoke.
Lemon peel and a maritime minerality, with apple pie and vanilla shrouded by earthy peat smoke.
Toasted oats and wody bonfire smoke.
