Unfortunately, we can't ship Ledaig 10 Year Old 2007 (cask 700545) - Artist #9 (La Maison du Whisky) to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
A sherried Ledaig single malt, bottled by La Maison Du Whisky as part of its ninth Artist series. Fistilled at Tobermory in 2007 and left to rest in a single refill sherry butt. Just 634 bottles were released at a hefty 60.8% ABV, each one featuring the art of Bang Hai Ja on the label.
Nose: Candied ginger and anise, with buttered toast and waves of peat smoke.
Palate: Lemon peel and a maritime minerality, with apple pie and vanilla shrouded by earthy peat smoke.
Finish: Toasted oats and wody bonfire smoke.
