Sherry
An indie Ledaig here, aged in a first fill Sherry butt for 10 years! This was distilled by Tobermory on the Isle of Mull in November 2005 and bottled in January 2016 by Signatory for their Cask Strength Collection. There were 650 bottles produced.
Fruit cake and smoke, with a touch of banana bread.
Medicinal peat, orange peels, oatcakes with damson jam.
Toasty and sweet.
