Single Malt
Scotland
1 Jan 2008

Wemyss Malts dubbed this Tobermory single malt "Heliotrope Fancy". What does that mean? Well, the bottle's label says this whisky has a "bright, bold nose of parma violets and lavender lead to a sour yeasty fruit-filled finish". It's a 14-year-old single malt aged in a hogshead cask.
Fresh yogurt, barnyard, subtle parma violet, and lavender.
Punchy with subtle sweetness, apple, floral notes, honeydew with a hint of rosewater.
Medium to long with a herbal and earthy finale.
