Ledaig 7 Year Old 2008 (casks 700555 & 700556) - Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory)
7 year old peated single malt from the Tobermory distillery, released under their Ledaig name. This was distilled in March 2008 and matured in a pair of casks until February 2016, when the folks from Signatory bottled it for their Un-Chillfiltereed Collection.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Buttered toast, medicinal peat, Custard Creams and ginger snaps.
Palate
Smoked meats, citrus, some apple notes. Earthy smoke at points.
Finish
Cereals dusted with sugar and lingering earth.
