This right here is That Boutique-y Whisky Company's very first bottling of Australian single malt from the Tin Shed Distilling Co.! It's a 3 year old expression, and it boasts a full-bodied flavour profile packed full of red fruit notes and oily malt. The label features founder Ian Schmidt, and his parrot, along with a flagpole (Schmidt was once a flagpole salesman, we'll have you know). There is something... Something different about this label, though... Can't quite put our finger on it...
Batch 1 is a release of 487 bottles.
‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose Almond, Bounty bars, red apples, blueberries, raspberries, and dense, rounded malt notes.
Palate Enjoyably robust, with more of that toasty malt warmth balanced by juicy red berries and cakey vanilla.
Finish Cherry liqueur, a smidge of cask char, orange peel.
