Grown, malted, mashed, and distilled entirely on the family farm, this Danish single malt combines organic farming with deeply characterful spirit.

Distilled from peated Odyssey barley and matured initially in bourbon wood before an oloroso finish, this whisky aged for nine years before bottling at 54.5% ABV from cask #67. A total of 222 bottles were produced.
