Berry Bros. & Rudd’s Odyssey Range celebrates distillers creating spirits deeply rooted in local identity, and this smoky New Zealand single malt from Thomson is a brilliant example. Smoked using native Manuka wood, it delivers a savoury style unlike traditional peat-driven whiskies.
Distilled at Thomson Distillery near Auckland, this whisky matured for eight years before bottling at 52.2% ABV from cask #221. A total of 214 bottles were released.

Nose
Aromatic wood smoke, clove, mesquite, smoked crisps, and soft honey.
Palate
Charred oak, smoked meats, lemongrass, golden syrup, and savoury spice.
Finish
Lingering fragrant smoke, mellow malt, and warming oak.
