Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Juicy and deeply fruity. Notes of dried sour cherries, hints of peach, Chamomile, oak, nutmeg and cinnamon. Golden Syrup, spicy, ginger and hints of chipotle.
Palate
Cinnamon and apple crumble with hot custard. Oak, potpourri, Seville orange marmalade and nutmeg.
Finish
Spicy with black pepper and vanilla.
