Feast your eyes upon the 2019 edition of Thomas H. Handy Sazerac Rye from Buffalo Trace's Antique Collection! Names for the bartender who pioneered the use of rye in a Sazerac cocktail, this expression is hugely bold and flavoursome stuff. Made with a combo of Minnesota rye, Kentucky corn and North Dakota malted barley, it was matured for 6 years before being bottled at a hefty 62.9% ABV.

Nose
Crème brûlée, spearmint, and a hint of floral notes.
Palate
Creamy butterscotch and vanilla.
Finish
Long finish of baking spices, chocolate, and a hint of cedar.
