A 21 year old blended malt Scotch whisky from The Whisky Cellar! This is a teaspooned malt, meaning it's predominantly from one distillery, but with just a touch of whisky from another distillery. The name "Westport" might hold some clues for some of you... Always intriguing stuff, these. A release of just 164 bottles.
Pear drops, milk chocolate, a hint of floral honey and some malty vanilla richness.
Still a good focus on chocolate and pear, though now with ginger and softly charred oak in support.
Cakey sweetness and freshly crushed baking spices.
