A rather secretive bottling of Islay single malt by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. and its Cooper's Choice range. This is a single cask whisky from an undisclosed Islay distillery, matured in a bourbon cask before being bottled in 2017. They don't even give any clues as to when it was distilled - that's how secretive they're being! 430 bottles were produced.

Nose
Oatcakes, seaweed and a touch of mint leaf.
Palate
Nutmeg and almond, mixed with hints of brown sugar and fried banana.
Finish
Lingering coastal peat and beeswax.
