Distilled in April 2010, the whisky was matured for 11 years, including a finishing period in a Pineau des Charentes cask. The French aperitif has imparted glorious notes of sweet vine fruits, to complement the creamy barley. A release of 312 bottles for The Cooper's Choice collection.
