Another fab Irish single malt from The Temple Bar! To clarify, yes, we're talking about the famed Temple Bar in Dublin. This whiskey spent its decade of ageing in bourbon barrels, so there's a good dose of honeyed sweetness in this one. Good for an Irish twist on an Old Fashioned, perhaps?
