A marvellous and mysterious malt, independently bottled by The Single Cask! This single malt Scotch whisky was distilled in July 2010 and aged in a single ex-bourbon barrel (with the cask reference CLY01...) until September 2020. Just 145 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Bright barley and a hint of hay, alongside fresh orange.
Palate
White grapes, waxy peels, sea salt, spicy cedar.
Finish
Waxiness remains on the finish, with salted butter and vanilla.
