This fine single malt was distilled at the old distillery in Dunedin on New Zealand's South Island. It was distilled in 1993 and matured for 18 years in American oak bourbon barrels.
Spicy, buttery aromas. Hints of dried herbs and butterscotch. Caramel and apple peel.
Tropical fruit and peppercorns. Orange rind and herbs. Hints of malt.
Toasted barley and almond. Pepper.
