This fine single malt was distilled at the old distillery in Dunedin on New Zealand's South Island. It was distilled in 1993 and matured for 18 years in American oak bourbon barrels.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Spicy, buttery aromas. Hints of dried herbs and butterscotch. Caramel and apple peel.

Palate Tropical fruit and peppercorns. Orange rind and herbs. Hints of malt.

Finish Toasted barley and almond. Pepper.
