This is a single cask, cask-strength single malt whisky from the Willowbank distillery on New Zealand's South Island. It was distilled in 1988 and aged for 23 years in cask 72.
Spicy, rich aromas. Creamy caramel. A little vanilla, dried banana chips and apricots.
Thick with malt and sweetness. Banana, black pepper and allspice. Candied orange.
Warming, toasted finish.
