This was distilled at the Willowbank distillery on New Zealand's South Island in 1990. It was then aged for 21 years in cask 90 before bottling in September 2012 by The New Zealand Malt Whisky Company.
Nose: Toasty intense aromas. Hints of pineapple, rose petal jelly and herbs.
Palate: Soft spices. Vanilla and creamy caramel. Haystacks and barley.
Finish: Digestive biscuits.
