    Product details

The Macallan Distil Your World Paris

Released as part of The Macallan Distil Your World series, made in collaboration with the Roca brothers, founders of El Cellar de Can Roca (twice named Best Restaurant in the World), this single malt celebrates the culture and cuisine that makes Paris so unique. Built from a composition of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, master whisky maker Kirsteen Campbell and the Roca brothers aimed to capture notes of sandalwood and gentle spices to reflect Parisian perfumeries, and buttery hints of baguette and brioche that evoke the city's bakeries.

    Tasting Note by The Producer

    Nose

Elegant, baked almond croissants and a perfumed (rose) aroma. Sweet nectarines, sandalwood and vanilla.

    Palate

Buttered pastry and brioche, peach melba and toasted oak.

    Finish

    Gentle spices.
