This edition sees lead whisky maker Euan Kennedy join the Roca brothers on a deep dive into the energy and complexity of Hong Kong, creating a whisky with a vibrant and varied profile to reflect the ever-changing, dynamic nature of the city.
Rich, resinous and sweet. Aromas of decadent ginger and spices, balanced by vibrant tropical characteristics like pomelo and mango. Subtle suggestions of Hong Kong style egg tart, fragrant honey, and incredible antique oak.
Viscous and mouth coating at first, bright tropical sweetness is followed by beautiful ginger and rounded spices providing great structure. Gentle waves of aged oak, grapefruit and an umami like depth.
