This right here is the 2021 release of The Macallan 30 year Old Sherry Oak! As you might expect from the name, this expression has spent three decades maturing in sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, which have imparted a wealth of dried fruit, Christmas spice, and chocolatey richness to the whisky. A single malt for those of you out there that love those heavily sherried drams, and whiskies that have spent a good long while ageing.
