This is the 2023 release of The Macallan's annual 30 Year Old Double Cask single malt, matured in a selection of sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks. The American oak hails from the forests of Ohio, Missouri, and Kentucky, while the European casks are made with oak from northern Spain and the French Pyrenees. A superb showcase of the well-matured whisky stocks within the Macallan warehouses.
