The Macallan 25 Year Old Sherry Oak (2021 Release)
The Macallan's Sherry Oak series is particularly popular indeed, featuring a host of impressive single malts, all matured in oloroso sherry-seasoned casks, taking on plenty of the rich, fruity, intense character of the sherry that formerly slumbered within. This particular edition spent 25 years maturing, and its flavour profile definitely lets on that it has spent a good long while resting in oak. Smashing stuff.

Full and rich, with dried fruits and a hint of wood smoke.
