Nose
Fresh apple, red rope liquorice, toasted oak and general Christmas aromas.
Palate
Mature and well-oaked, with sweetness of juicy Oloroso coming through at every stage.
Finish
Lasting clove and nutmeg spiciness, with a touch of milk chocolate raisin.
