An intensely sherried single malt from The Macallan here, and a rare bottling at that! This expression comes from the Easter Elchies Cask Selection, having been distilled in 1999 and matured in a single sherry butt for 13 years. It was released in 2012 at cask strength. Ought to be particularly intriguing for Macallan enthusiasts.
